Pendulum 3.3 EC (EC stands for Emulsifiable Concentrate) is a professional OIL BASED formulation of pendimethalin and controls over 40 types of broadleaf weeds and target grasses. Pendulum will not control established weeds, rather it is a pre-emergent that stops susceptible weeds from germinating and growing, eventually causing them to die before they ever emerge from the soil.
